What specifically does the "Navigational Warnings" contain?

  • Could they be weather related warnings? (would this overlap with physical environment S-126?)
  • What about wave height warnings (oceanological phenomenon)?
  • Do they come by radio broadcast, NAVTEX, print, others? (would this overlap with radio services S-123?)
  • Will this overlap with navigational services S-125 (notice to mariners)?
