Proposed defintion: The selection of one location compared to others.

jens (talk) 07:23, 13 February 2018 (CET) I have another idea which might allow multiple use of the attribute. We call the attribute "Category of Preference" and the values remain unchanged. The definitons would be

Proposed defintion: "Category of Preference" The selection of a first choice compared to other options.

primary: The preferred first choice used in normal conditions.

alternate: The preferred first choice used in unsuitable conditions.

--raphael (talk) 22:20, 14 February 2018 (CET): Agreed in principle. The "suitable/unsuitable conditions" wording might still be too specific, we might have to tweak the definitions later to generalize them further.

The attribute also should be renamed to "Category of preference" as mentioned in the 13 February discussion.
