Remarks: This is an enumeration to CATREA attribute....it IS NOW in the IHO Registry with a value of 31 (29 Aug 2016)

Justification:
In response to a proposal from The World Bank and USA-NOAA paper CHRIS 19-08.1b, CHRIS19 directed TSMAD to develop a Marine Environmental Protection Programme. The task has now been passed to SNPWG.
