Comment:

• The new attributes have been proposed to provide amplifying information about Ports.

• Definition amended to take into account discussion at WEG in Brest in 2005. HRBARE does not necessarily cover either outer anchorages or shore-side port facilities.

raphael 15:28, 22 November 2011 (UTC): Based on offline discussion in connection with BLAST, I suggest binding PICREP or GRAPHC to PRTARE, for aerial photographs (and potentially diagrams, etc.) of harbours.
