DavidAcland 08:45, 16 August 2010 (UTC) I was unable to follow the reference links to find all the definitions on this page. I found some earlier but even these were not very quick. I have just tried again with "Greater than" with similar results. Is there perhaps a more direct link?

jens 12:14, 16 August 2010 (UTC) That was the only one I found and which fits my English mathematics understanding. If you or Raphael have got a printed version of a school book why not. Mine was in German and truly spoken recycled years ago.

raphael 06:42, 17 August 2010 (UTC): If I Google for "mathematical notation" or "mathematical symbols", Wikipedia links are the ones that turn up for me. Anyway, the current links are for logical connectives not arithmetical comparison. I'll try to get to the local library and find an encyclopedia.

What the GI registry currently has for the definition ("The definition of COMPOP provides the relation between the value given in the model and the real ship's value.") should be moved to the Remarks section.
