Textual description: IHO Definition

Indication: The complex attribute encodes the file name of a single external text file that contains the text in a defined language, which provides additional textual information that cannot be provided using other allowable attributes for the feature.

Remarks:

The complex attribute is generally used for long text strings or those that require formatting, however, there is no restriction on the type of text (except for lexical level) that can be held in files referenced by subattribute file reference.
