DavidAcland 13:49, 14 January 2009 (CET) I am re-ordering these, more or less in the time domain. I think that there is a case to split "when needed / when received" because they are slightly different. Therefore:

Continuous, regular, on receipt, as required, on request.

I believe that status is too broad. I have therefore changed the name to "regularity of transmission" trmreg.
