It seems to be obvious this object to be used in conjunction with a geo object. I propose to use the same phrase like our three brothers.

Do we have four brothers now or three brothers and a sister?

started thinking where to place, probably where res/rec/reg are; but doesn't work for prtare

Thanks David,

What do you think to place the three others under Distinctions. I hope that avoid the misuse in many cases.

Discussed this with Mal. He can see the value of this where we have "It is reported that ..." information, which applies to a Geo Obj. It is hard to see what the Object name would be but I can see the need for the DAT and PER attributes. - Added.

What do you think, do we need the authority providing such informtion as well? I see the case that certain advices/information are/is not covered by our three brothers but provided by an authority.

raphael 01:49, 16 June 2009 (CEST) It might be usful to add cataut since it is already an attribute of recommendations/regulations/restrictions.

To raise a related but slightly different point, this object and the three r---n objects may need an additional attribute categorizing the subject of the information (or regulation, etc.). I am currently working on this angle in connection with pilotage and I hope to produce a "straw man proposal" soon.
