Both are critical, they are not needed.

PEREND, PERSTA

Thinking PEREND and PERSTA are useful e.g. for ice information if forecast or actual observations are available

SCAMIN, SCAMAX

Based on David’s proposal sent Sep 29 the use of SCAMIN,SCAMAX should be taken into consideration for providing scale dependent information
