jens 15:59, 6 February 2012 (UTC) pls check whether Standard is fine for you. LT will be the time at the location at the moment. That would include summer time too. Standard is the time without summer time offset.

raphael 19:21, 6 February 2012 (UTC): I suggest the following adjustments. I think "standard time" should be somewhere in the attribute name, assuming that is what users will see (and I prefer short camel case names).

Attribute: Coordinated Universal Time offset for local standard time (better, "Local standard time offset from UTC", and let's not try to make the camel case name and alpha code match).
Alpha code: UTCOFF
Camel case: UTCOffset (or UTCOffsetStandardTime)
Definition: The time difference in a time zone between Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and local Standard Time. UTCOffset is expressed as ±[hh]:[mm] and is added to UTC to obtain the local standard time.
