raphael 03:00, 26 August 2009 (UTC): Just a note to mention that while John P. and I were working on the pilotage generic example we encountered regulations about pilot qualifications in the context of regulations often enough that we thought it worth considerng whether attribute PLTQFC should be bound to REGLTS. SNPWG is invited to consider this suggestion.
