raphael (talk) 07:00, 3 January 2018 (CET): The current definition is too long. Suggest changing it to "An area where there is an increased risk of piracy or armed robbery."
The definitions of piracy and armed robbery should be moved to the DCEG, in the encoding remarks section for this feature.
