This attributes intents to replace the continuous listening watch cntltw. It is the result of a long discussion where several options have been taken into account.

We discussed the 1. boolean and the 2. regulations approach as well. Both have been decided not useful.

1. If set yes one might ask on which frequency or channel. The reference to COMCHA might not work in any case and would make it necessary to create several mrnsrv in some cases.

2. The particular information is likely to be over read
