I note that several countries include a five or six line note at the bottom of their country entry.  I am assuming that this can go into TXTDSC. Please let me know if this is not the case.

But David, to be honest and to discuss this as friends, who really needs this information? Have you ever checked what kind of bullshit is written there?. For a good example search for Canada. Is this helpful to explain that the service is now fully in operation? If that wouldn't be they would say on trial or planned or whatever. I think the time will come to check certain book entries for consistency and whether they make sense or not, and whether the are for the Mariners interest. Than, in the end, the mariner must read each of our entries in the one or the other way. We all know what an overflow of unnecessary information might cause. Das musste mal gesagt werden.

Is this helpful to explain that the service is now fully in operation? If that wouldn't be they would say on trial or planned or whatever.
