Talk:CATTIM
DavidAcland 18:13, 20 January 2009 (CET) Cut from the article. If we need to put it back, we need to work up a definition.
experienced:
(By David - Not sure how this differs from reported. Is this, perhaps, a one off report from the past? An exceptional experience, or perhaps a rare report of a condition believed to be common?)

No problem with the deletion of "experienced". Also from the German point of view "reported" looks similar.

is it possible to be more generic than being too much specified to weather or climate in the definitions.
This attribute can also be used for other entries, like "the existence of xxx is been reported"
raphael (talk) 00:32, 7 February 2017 (CET): Proposed definition: Classification of the time frames of forecasts and reports.
raphael (talk) 04:57, 7 February 2017 (CET): Eivind suggests the definition and use should be reviewed, the attribute is about the consistency and type of the reported information that is used for the climatic information, and that isn't clear from reading the definitinon.
At present this attribute appears to be used only in natural conditions so this could be part of that discussion if that holds. Not clear it will be needed in S-123.
